The Years 9-10 students were lucky enough to have a virtual tour with the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery which was hosting the Ned Kelly exhibition.
Year 9-10 students worked on the concept that Sidney Nolan idolised Ned Kelly. They have chosen their own idol to embed in an Australian landscape.
Year 7-8 students worked on the rectangle aperture in Kelly’s helmet. They have collected their thoughts and concerns and placed them as images in the rectangle shape.
P-6 students worked on solid, warm and cool colours. They created their own Sidney Nolan ‘Ned Kelly’ image, as illustrated here.
